Day of Love–
We Execute, keeping it seamless and smooth. Let’s get this out of the way now – there is no such thing as a planner just showing up on site the day of. There’s still a need for some pre-planning and coordination. We take care of the details and production, you relax and celebrate.

You have your Vendors but now what do you do? Need assistance with organizing the timeline and all of the last minute details? That’s where we come in. Your Plan-We Execute plus a little more.
The day has come ("day of" services)
Attends rehearsal
Two meetings with the couple before the wedding day
Serve as a liaison and contact for all vendors, confirming times and contracted services
Development of the wedding day timeline
Direct and monitor the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
Handle personal emergencies
Be responsible for the setting up of wedding details not already handled by specific vendors (programs, guest book, escort cards, menus, photos, favors, etc.)
Handle the carrying out and understanding of your wedding vision
Be responsible for cueing bridal party for ceremony and reception grand entrance
Handle any onsite problems
Pack up personal items and gifts and ensure they are placed in a designated location
Distribute vendor payments and gratuities
Stay until reception has concluded

*Dreams Come to Life Package ("month of" services)
This package is for the couple who knows what they want but needs help finding and coordinating reliable, quality Vendors within their budget.
Dreams Come to Life Package:
Three to four in person meetings with the couple before the wedding day ( up to 2 hr)
One Meeting for Final Detailing, Site Walk-through, Review of Timeline and Details
Review all wedding details to make sure all loose ends are secure
Vendor’s referrals, vendor liaison: confirm with all vendors
Develop a detailed timeline of the event
Direct and monitor rehearsal, ceremony and reception

Assist with save the date, invitations and favors
Referral for selection of officiant

*Fairytale Love Package Plus (Full Coordination services) 15% of wedding budget, starting at $6,000
This package is above and beyond full service coordination, we will plan and coordinate all of your wedding events if you chose to including but not limited to your engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, and plan actives for the week(end) of the wedding for all of your out of town guest. From start to finish we work with you to create a wedding experience that captures your vision to perfection!

Fete Events, Wedding Packages are customized to your vision. Our prices range from $500 – $6,000 as well as A La Cart Services starting @ $150 per service. You can choose just what you want and need, we’re flexible!
