As a young person I have always been very active, full of energy and spirit. Up until I had my children I could eat whatever I wanted and I ate everything three times a day. But trying to get back in shape was proving to be impossible as I worked out, cut calories and it took months before I lost five lbs. I believe that supplements can help you if you want to get results sooner than later especially if you are putting in the work. I ❤️ exercise and stretching there is no exception to me but supplements are a great addition.
