東京都出身のアーティスト。同時にフランス発祥のトレーニング文化、パルクールの実践者でもあり、 日本初のプロパルクール選手。十代の頃から世界を転戦し、都市環境を利用しながら心身の鍛錬を積み重ねている。 2020年には競技パルクールの世界チャンピオンに輝く。 同年より、「身体と街」「生と死」といった、自身がストリートで経験し た特異な瞬間や現代社会への疑問をテーマに、アーティストとしての作品制作を開始。これまで、タイ・バンコクやフランス・パリなど世界各地へ 作品制作に赴き、独自のスタンスで芸術の探究を続けている。
Zen encountered parkour at age 15. At the time, none of his school's athletic clubs interested him. When a classmate showed him a parkour video, he flew to America on his own the following year and began training. He returned to Japan at age 18 and entered a world competition representing Japan, where he landed in the top 5. He became Japan's first professional parkour athlete at age 19, and in 2015 he secured the gold medal at a North American competition, which was an unprecedented accomplishment for an Asian athlete.
Currently, he is based in LA and works all over the world as a representative of TEAM FARANG, an international Parkour & Freerunning team composed of the world's top parkour athletes who spear-head the parkour movement around the world.
