Meet Claudia Contreras Siller

Claudia Contreras Siller is a proud El Paso native who was born and raised in the community she is honored to serve. Deeply rooted in the values of hard work, compassion, and service, Claudia is committed to improving the quality of life for families throughout District 6.

As a bilingual leader fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia believes every resident deserves to have their voice heard and represented. Her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds allows her to build meaningful relationships across the community.

Claudia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication, providing her with the skills to lead effectively, solve problems collaboratively, and advocate for transparent and accountable government.

A passionate advocate for animal welfare, Claudia has dedicated countless hours to supporting the protection of cats and dogs throughout El Paso. She is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, supporting local animal rescue efforts, and advocating for stronger measures to prevent animal cruelty and neglect. Claudia believes that a compassionate community is one that protects its most vulnerable, including its animals.

Claudia is also focused on strengthening public safety, supporting responsible property tax relief, and working to ensure neighborhoods remain safe, welcoming, and prosperous for every family.
